🌟 About Ms. Cindy & the Story Behind Lili and Friends

Hi! I’m Cindy Irizarry, the heart behind Lili & Friends Preschool. I’m a proud bilingual mom, photographer, military spouse, and early childhood educator.

Lili & Friends was lovingly named after my daughter, Lili was born in 2017, the same year my husband received orders to move to the beautiful state of Charleston, South Carolina with the U.S. Air Force. When Lili was just a few months old, I opened my in-home daycare, inspired by her sweet spirit and the joy of making friends. That’s how Lili and Friends was born!

Before Charleston, I also operated an in-home daycare in my home state of New Jersey, where I was raised. As a bilingual (English & Spanish) educator, I’m passionate about helping children grow in a safe, nurturing, and language-rich environment.

When I’m not teaching, you’ll find me traveling with my family, at the beach, on a cruise, or at Disney and Universal! I’m a photography lover too! You’ll always catch me snapping memories with my phone or Nikon camera, especially when we're exploring new places. (And yes—you'll get plenty of sweet photos of your little one, too!)

At Lili & Friends, every child is welcomed like family. We play, learn, grow and make lifelong friends.
