Toys, Toys and More Toys!
What is so exciting today is that you can still get those same toys updated of course by shopping at your local retailer both online and at their physical stores.
There are Great Educational Toys at Walmart.com. What I like about this site is that I can shop for Lili and for other items that we need at home as well. If you are anything like me my time is limited so this site is perfect because my commute is just to go to the site and look around for what I need.
Books are of course another great way to get the little ones learning to read. At the preschool age most of them are just then learning colors and letters of the alphabet as well as the popular cartoon and puppet characters. Focus your book purchases to those or things that they can relate to such as the "Lili and Friends Books Series"
Most of all just keep it fun. Make them a part of the process of everything in the home that they are able to help with. From cleaning up, to helping with meals like putting out the ketchup. Lili loves doing that!
